    Can’t thank Sal and the CertaClean team enough! My basement flooded last month and they showed up less than an hour after the call with a flood extractor that got all the water out in just minutes — which was very cool. Sal was super responsive and gave me updates of the progress with very close attention to detail. Fast Forward a month and I have a beautiful brand new basement.     If you’re looking for company that cares and knows helping people is paramount not just trying to extract as much money as possible . You found the right guy ,I was introduced to Sal through a friend . We quickly hit it off it seemed like I knew him for years . Long story short, I had major issues with water and mold and all kind of things . I needed a guy I could trust that would get the job done without me and my family having to worry everyday about it . I know this a review not a book but if your looking for good guy and a good company Sal is your guy he deserves your business fair and honest great work .     After a pipe burst and flooded our home, CertaClean Restoration came to the rescue! Their team arrived quickly and immediately started addressing the damage. They were professional, efficient, and so respectful of our home. By the time they were finished, everything was dry, restored, and spotless—it looked better than before the flood! I was also so grateful for their insurance specialist, who handled all the paperwork and made sure everything was taken care of with our provider.     CertaClean was a tremendous help to me back in January 2023. One of my houses had huge water damage, broken boiler, broken pipes, radiators, etc. The staff and crew of CertaClean cleaned up all the damaged plumbing, flooring, carpets etc. All this in a matter of a few hours. From start to finish, they handled everything professionally and with great care. They quickly arrived, removed the water, and took every step necessary to thoroughly dry out the space. They even arranged for a pod to safely move our belongings, ensuring nothing was damaged. Sal, in particular, went above and beyond.     When my basement flooded I called the Team at CertaClean. Sal knew my situation and sent a clean up crew to my house in a matter of 1 hour. They were swift when it came to pumping the water out, cleaning the area, and ripping up the contaminated pieces of wall and floor. It took them one week start to finish to get my basement back in order for my family to live in. If your house or building is ever compromised to water or fire, CertaClean should be your first call!
